If the final manufacturing step can only be completed just before components are needed or assembly can be carried out only after the call-off information has been received from the automotive manufacturer, various strategies are needed:

• Batch manufacture of different variants or the
• sequence-conformant production of vehicle assemblies

Implementing either of these strategies is something we take in our stride!

In addition, our customers can chose whether they want us to deliver complete load units of the required modules or to sequence everything straight away in line with production needs.

Particularly when it comes to the assembly of modules which represent high added value (e.g. engine finishing, the assembly of the front corners etc.) or to safety-relevant operations, we ensure traceability by providing full documentation of all actions.
